Hello Lovely,

We all know that life as a human will always have challenges with twists and turns.

However, YOU are the one who determines if the ride is going to be a hard one or an easy one. YOU are the vehicle of your life.

Living in fear, holding on tightly, and fighting against your life makes for a hard, difficult, & painful existence with unnecessary suffering.

To experience more ease:

ACCEPT. Accept what IS and accept what IS NOT.
Do not try to change people. ALLOW people to be who they ARE and who they are NOT.
Be HONEST with yourself. You know when it's time to let go. LET GO.
As scary as it may feel, RELAX and LEAN INTO new challenges that support your ultimate growth.

Remember, STOP fighting with yourself and your life.

You aren't going to like everything all the time.

But...

ACCEPTING and ALLOWING your life will make for an easier ride.

Are you feeling defeated by the world?

Hello Loved One,

It seems that so often lately when the morning arrives we discover a new tragedy that happened during the night. Or perhaps you've been part of direct catastrophes yourself and have been working to heal from them.

I'm not going to sugar coat it or give some positive outlook speech. What's happening in the world is real, and yes, the earth and it's inhabitants are suffering indeed.

There is something MAJOR you CAN do though.

WE ARE THE EARTH. How we treat the earth & how we treat others is directly dependent upon how we treat OURSELVES.

YES absolutely, direct immediate action is needed such as policies updated, putting the RIGHT leaders in office, relief and resources given to those in peril, and earth's natural resources restored.

I encourage you to reflect on how much you LOVE yourself. I'm talking about the unconditional, unwavering, I'd die for my own self love, kind of SELF-LOVE.

Replace self-loathing, punishing, guilt, and shame thoughts, feelings, & actions with SELF-LOVE no matter what.

Treat yourself with the kind of love you'd give to a child with FULL commitment and LOYALTY EVERY SINGLE DAY.

HOW WE LOVE OURSELVES MATTERS.

How we love ourselves parallels what's happening in our 3 dimensional reality on this planet.

BE inward. Touch the depth of yourself without self-medicating, avoiding, distracting, blaming, or projecting.

Tend to those inner child places within yourself that need LOVE and loyalty from your adult self that only YOU (not anyone else on this planet) can give.

I can guarantee this...

When HUMANITY loves itself from WITHIN, all of this bs in the world won't be happening. There would still be natural disasters by the earth because this is nature doing her thing. But, humanity destroying humanity and polluting the earth will be impossible when humanity actually loves itself.

See for yourself. Love yourself EVERY single day and watch what happens.

The way you see the world will change, and you will emerge with more clarity & purpose on the path of DIRECT ACTION that is in ultimate service to humanity and our earth.

And THIS is what makes the world go round.
